TUH 'Big Thank You' Facebook promotion Terms & conditions of entry

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into TUH’s ‘Big Thank you’ Facebook promotion (‘Promotion’) is deemed acceptance, by each entrant, of these Terms and Conditions of Entry
  2. The promoter is Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited ABN 38 085 150 376 of 438 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 (‘TUH’).
  3. The use of Facebook is subject to its terms and conditions.
  4. The Promotion commences at 8:30am on Monday 14 November 2016 and closes at 5pm on Friday 25 November 2016. Duration of individual promotions may vary as indicated on the Facebook post.
  5. Entry into the Promotion is open to Queensland residents only.
  6. Total prize pool for all promotions when combined will not exceed $500.
  7. Winners will be decided at the sole discretion of TUH. TUH’s decision on all matters relating to the prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  8. Winners will be announced as a comment on the TUH Facebook post and contacted via private message with a request to provide their postal address to collect their prize.
  9. The winner of any of the prizes must claim the prize within one month from the date of notification otherwise the prize is forfeited. 
  10. All entries become the property of TUH. TUH will collect, store use and disclose this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  11. The prizes are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
  12. TUH shall not be liable for any loss (including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss), damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of, or arising from, the winner’s acceptance and use of any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. TUH will not be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay not reasonably within their control.
  13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Any questions about the competition should be directed to TUH, not Facebook.
