The Board of Directors of Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund (TUH) invites nominations for one Director position on the TUH Board to fill a casual vacancy. The successful candidate will be appointed until the Annual General Meeting, which is required to be held by 31 November 2019. The successful candidate will be eligible to nominate for election by company members at that meeting. Elected Directors are expected to serve for a minimum of three years. To be eligible, nominees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Member of the Queensland Teachers Union of Employees (QTU), TUH Company Member and TUH Health Fund Policy Holder.
The Nominations and Remuneration Committee of the TUH Board will consider applications and make recommendations to the Board, which will appoint the successful candidate.
