TUH have partnered with Heather Hill Pathways to help you make informed decisions, and save up to 20% off their fees along the way. Heather Hill Pathways provide different levels of service from telephone advice about aged care issues to assisting with aged care placement.
Together we’ll step you through the aged care maze by helping with:
- Accessing in-home nursing care options or finding the right residential aged care facility
Carer support and training
- Financial strategies to minimise care costs, maximise Centrelink entitlements and negotiate nursing home bonds
- Assistance with legal matters such as enduring powers of attorney, wills and advance health directives
- Emotional support for carers of loved ones suffering from dementia
- Family dispute resolution around aged car
Contact Heather Hill Pathways and one of their aged care nursing professionals will meet with you and/or your family in your home at your convenience. They will then help identify your needs and care requirements, as well as any eligibility for aged care services and benefits.
Costs and member benefits
All members receive 5% off any Heather Hill Pathways support package, plus a further refund of 5% after the account has been settled. If you are on TUH’s Ultimate Choice package, you’ll receive a 15% refund.

How to claim
When contacting their service, advise you are a TUH member to receive your discount. Once you have settled your account, you can claim using our smartphone app, send us your receipt with a cover letter, or send us your receipt with our Heather Hill Pathways claim form.
We’ll then reimburse the applicable amount. Please note you cannot claim via our member portal.
