Yes. You can still visit your local provider (or any registered physio/podiatrist) and claim benefits for the services as part of your TUH cover (up to relevant limits).
TUH partners with selected providers (we call them preferred providers) to offer extra value (such as discounted fees) on top of your health cover. We have agreements with a range of providers across most services.
