The Active Health Bonus (AHB) is a reward available to members on any of our combined hospital and extras products (except products combined with Basic Extras).
The offer
All eligible customers will receive from Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited 'TUH' (ABN 38 085 150 376):
a bonus up to $150 to use on out-of-pocket costs for Extras services.
This is known as the Active Health Bonus.
Eligibility
The AHB is available to you if you:
hold combined Hospital and Extras cover, excluding products that are combined with Basic Extras, and
serve the six month waiting period from the date you join TUH Health Fund.
If you meet both of the above criteria, you are an eligible customer.
How to obtain the bonus
To get your AHB you must:
complete the Health-e-Profile online health assessment in our member portal.
You must complete this assessment every 12 months to receive your bonus each year.
General
No benefits are payable for services which were provided whilst not participating in the health assessment, including lapsed periods.
One family member may claim the entire bonus, or it may be spread across several services for different family members on the policy.
If you decrease or change your level of cover, you may receive a reduced or no AHB.
The AHB is limited per policy, per calendar year.
The bonus you receive is based on your level of cover.
