*Massage Therapies and Traditional & complimentary therapies have a combined annual sub limit of $200 per person or $400 per membership which contributes to the overall annual limit of $450. Physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic and mental wellness have a flexi-limit.

Massage Therapies refers to remedial massage, shiatsu, Alexander Technique and myotherapy. 

Traditional & complimentary therapies refers to acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, western herbal medicine and naturopathy. 

Mental wellness refers to psychology, hypnotherapy and counselling benefits.
