The promotion
Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited’s My Favourite Teacher promotion (‘Promotion’) is deemed acceptance, by each entrant and nominee, of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
The promoter is Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited ABN 38 085 150 376 of 438 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.
Nominations open at 12.00am on Tuesday 10 September 2024 and close at 11.59pm on Tuesday 15 October 2024.
Entry into the promotion is open to Australian residents only.
Prize pool
4x mini prizes – $250 Prezzee gift card
1x major prize – $1,000 Prezzee gift card
The winner of any of the prize must claim the prize within one month from the date of notification otherwise the prize is forfeited.
Prizes are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
Eligible nominations
To be eligible, nominations must:
Be submitted online via the Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited’s website.
Include the nominated person’s first and last name, name of the school they are currently teaching at and class/grade and reason for nomination.
There is no limit to the number of nominations you can make.
Winners
A mini prize winner will be announced each day, starting Monday 21 and finishing on Thursday 24 October 2024.
The major prize will be announced on Friday 25 October 2024.
Winners will be decided at the sole discretion of Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited.
Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited will advertise winners via the TUH Facebook page and website. Winners will be contacted via details provided within the completed nomination form.
Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited’s decision on all matters relating to the prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
General
It is a condition of entry that participants agree that their name may be published on the TUH website and social media channels and/or used in other forms of marketing material by Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited, without Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited seeking further approval or the payment of any consideration.
In accepting a prize, nominees agree that their name may be published on the TUH website and social media channels and/or used in other forms of marketing material by Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited, without Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited seeking further approval or the payment of any consideration.
All entries become the property of Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited, who will collect, store use and disclose this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited’s shall not be liable for any loss (including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss), damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of, or arising from, the winner’s acceptance and use of any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Queensland Teachers’ Union Health Fund Limited’s will not be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay not reasonably within their control.
