We’re Putting Members First by Freezing Premiums Again

Our members spend their lives looking after others and they trust us to look after them in return. Our track record of putting members first speaks for itself.

Through recent times, natural disasters - from floods, fires and cyclones - have hit hard. And now we’re heading into a third year of global pandemic. Through it all, we’ve put members at the heart of everything we do.

In 2020, we knew the toll COVID was having on our members. We were one of only two funds that didn’t increase premiums that year. Again, we’ve put our members first by freezing our premiums for another six months.

Our continued compassion and care is why our members voted us one of the most trusted health funds in Australia in a recent national survey of health insurers undertaken by Ipsos Public Affairs, one of Australia’s leading independent customer research agencies. In addition, we also received top marks for customer service and quality products.
