TUH tops Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards

TUH top of the class in Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards

The results for the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards are in, and Australians have again voted TUH as an outstanding health insurance provider.

TUH secured the title of Private Health Insurer of the Year (Not for Profit or Restricted) 2025. This comes after winning Private Health Insurer of the Year in 2023.

As part of Teachers Health Group (THG), TUH’s win further cements the Group’s longstanding track record of excellence in member satisfaction and customer service.

The award, announced last Thursday night by independent researcher Roy Morgan, adds to a strong history of recognition for THG brands. Over the past decade, the Group has received multiple Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards, reflecting consistently high and industry-leading levels of trust and loyalty from its members.

Teachers Health Group CEO Brad Joyce said the 2025 award reinforces the strength of the Group’s purposeled model and its focus on supporting the education and healthcare communities.

“This recognition for TUH is part of a much broader story for Teachers Health Group. Our brands have been recognised by Roy Morgan time and again because our members are genuinely at the centre of every decision we make.

We are focused on delivering benefits our members actually need, removing what they don’t, and ensuring genuine value and care at every stage of their lives. To see our approach acknowledged again in 2025 is incredibly rewarding.”

Roy Morgan CEO, Michele Levine said,

“TUH has had a big year, completing its merger with Teachers Health in mid-2025, and now winning the Private Health Insurer of the Year (Not for Profit or Restricted) at the 2025 Roy Morgan Annual Customer Satisfaction Awards” said.

“TUH had an exceptional 2025 and won all 12 monthly customer satisfaction awards to easily win its category with an average customer satisfaction of 91.1% for the year.
