1. Log in or register for our Member Portal
The portal allows you to claim, update your details, view or change your level of over, and more.
If you received a password via SMS, select the ‘login’ button below to access the portal. Alternatively, select ‘register’ and follow the prompts to create a password.
If prompted, complete the online Australian Government Rebate form.
2. View the Important Information Guide
This guide explains all the terms you'll come across as a TUH member. Please bookmark or save a copy for future reference.
3. Read the Direct Debit Service Agreement
Because we've made an agreement with you regarding access to your banking details, this is legal stuff you need to know.
