Recruitment process
How the recruitment process works in five simple steps
Now that you’ve found the perfect role with TUH Health Fund, you can proceed with submitting your application in our talent system by submitting your current resume and a cover letter addressing your suitability for our role. Please do ensure you have completed all pre-screening questions before you finalise and submit your application.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your application has been received.
Congratulations, you’re application has been progressed by the Hiring Manager! You can expect to hear from us so that we can learn more about you.
Our contact with you may be in the form of an email asking for you to undertake some further testing assessments, or we may call you directly to arrange an interview and also ask for you to complete some testing before the interview takes place.
At TUH we use a range of tools to assess the suitability of our candidates.
Now the best bit… meeting you! You will receive an invite to undertake an interview with the Hiring Manager and another selection committee member or two. We’ll ensure to let you know ahead of your interview time on the how, who and what to expect.
Sometimes meeting you just once isn’t enough, so we may invite you back again to get to know you a little better.
We know you’ve made an impact in your previous roles so we can’t wait to speak with 2 of your referees to hear all about how great you are. We will ask for at least 1 of your referees to be your current, or most recent direct manager/supervisor.
For some roles, there may be some additional assessments to help us get the role ready just for you.
Woohoo, you’re about to join TUH! Our People and Culture team will contact you with everything you need to know about your new job with us. You’ll also get everything in writing through our talent system.
Once you’ve accepted, the fun begins…our onboarding is done online to enable a smooth transition into your new role at TUH.
Welcome to the TUH team!
