The Hub has 2 entrances, 6 modalities and services over 200 customers per day. We need to update a few things so we can provide you with a purpose-built space that allows for seamless flow from check in to check out, and everything in between.
These changes will be enhanced by our branding refresh designed to ensure that even more patients than ever get to experience The Health Hub – whether they are TUH members or not (although we all know it’s even better value if you are). Work will commence on the refurbishment later this year and will cover both changes prompted by updates to the building codes as well as some layout and functionality updates to optimise your experience with us.
Please rest assured these changes won’t impact on service quality as works are being done outside of hours to ensure your scheduled treatment is not disrupted. Things might look a little different for a few weeks, but it will all be worth it! Work is scheduled to take between 3-5 weeks.
