The recruitment process

1. Submit your application

Now you’ve found the perfect role, you can create your career profi­le in our talent system and apply for the role with your resume. You’ll receive a confirmation email and can update your profile any time with new info

2. Finding out more about you

Congratulations, you’ve been shortlisted! You can expect to hear from our recruitment specialist to learn more about you.

To make sure we’re learning as much as we can about you, we use a range of tools including online screening modules and questions.

3. Meet with us

Now the best bit… meeting you! Your first meeting with us could be a group interview and/or an individual interview depending on the role, but we’ll let you know ahead of time what to expect.

Sometimes meeting you just once isn’t enough, so we may invite you back again to get to know you a little better.

4. Dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s

We know you’ve made an impact in your previous roles so we can’t wait to speak with 2 of your referees to hear all about how great you are. For some roles, there’ll be a few final assessments to help us get the role ready just for you.

5. Offer and notification

Woohoo, you’re about to join TUH! Our recruitment specialist will contact you with everything you need to know about your new job with us. You’ll also get everything in writing through our talent system.
