We were also one of only two funds to freeze our premiums in 2020 during the COVID pandemic, and then we did it again in 2022 because we know that sometimes you need a bit of extra care that has nothing to do with seeing a doctor.

We were founded in 1972 by the Queensland Teachers Union, who continue to be instrumental in our success today. We’ve grown to a team of 140 staff serving nearly 80,000 members.
