The app isn't working. What do I do?
We're dedicated to continuously improving the app's performance, fixing issues and adding new features for your use. Sometimes it may be necessary to update your app.
A major app update occured on 9 July 2024. Versions older than this will no longer function after this date.
If you're experiencing issues with the app, please first check and update your app using the below links. Alternatively, find out how to turn on automatic app updates here.
After updating your app, if you're still experiencing issues or are unable to login, please delete and re-install the app.
You need to be connected to the internet to use the app. Check your phone/tablet settings to make sure your internet connection is working. Occasionally there may be a problem with the app loading. If this happens, follow these three easy steps:
Login to the app (don’t worry about waiting for anything to load)
Go to More > App Settings > Deregister Device
Log back into the app

Your member number
Your app version, located on the More tab (e.g., 4.20211220.1)
Your device (E.g., iPhone 11 or Samsung Galaxy S20)
Date and time the problem is occurring
