Am I covered whilst travelling overseas?

No. Private health insurance does not cover you for medical/hospital/extras treatment received while travelling overseas or while on a cruise ship in Australian waters.

We also do not pay benefits for products purchased overseas, including internet purchases where the goods are provided from an overseas supplier. This is to ensure you receive the high level of consumer protection and quality of service that is provided under Australian standards and health conditions.
