What is the Health-e-Profile?
At TUH, we're dedicated to helping you achieve your physical and mental health goals. The Health-e-Profile is an evidence-based health assessment that helps you spot risk factors that may lead to chronic health conditions.
If risk factors are identified, our Health Support Services team may contact you to discuss specific health resources and programs to help you stay healthy and reduce your risk of chronic conditions. Find out more about our Health Support Services here.
You can access your health assessment results at any time, as well as the most current health information and much more. Email the team at bewell@tuh.com.au or schedule a convenient time to speak with Amber, our Health Service Officer here.
The questionnaire will take about 15 minutes to complete and can be done through your member app or portal.
On the app, click 'More' from the bottom, then click on your name below the title 'Health-e-profile'.
On the portal, click on the 'Health-e-profile' button under your membership details on the 'Overview' page.
