Am I covered whilst travelling overseas?
No, private Health Insurance does not cover you for medical, hospital or extras treatment received whilst travelling overseas or on a cruise ship within Australian waters.
We also do not pay benefits for products purchased overseas, including internet purchases where the goods are provided from an overseas supplier. This is to ensure you receive the high level of consumer protection and quality of service that is provided under Australian standards and health conditions.
